Nude Abstracts is the pivotal collection in El-Moussa's body-focused trilogy, representing the moment the work formally turned from legibility toward abstraction as its primary register. Sixty-nine self-portraits each beginning with photography and transformed through layered digital painting in Procreate — present the body as terrain rather than image. The viewer is invited to look, to find, to discover.
